The organization or its fiscal agent must be tax exempt under Section 501©3 of the Internal Revenue Code. (A fiscal agent must submit a letter of agreement)

The program or project must predominately serve the Greater Baton Rouge Region.  However funding for certain "statewide" projects may be considered with authorization by Foundation staff prior to application. 

Funding requests must be for projects within our areas of focus
