The Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation exists for the enhancement of the lives of the people of Louisiana and in particular of the Greater Baton Rouge region by supporting philanthropic initiatives and programs that improve the lives of its citizens in the areas of Human Services, Health Care, Education and Prison Release and which positively impact and strengthen those organizations and institutions that address the underlying causes of problems rather than treating symptoms.

It is with much sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved co-founder and trustee,
HUEY J. WILSON who passed away February 8, 2008.
 
The Foundation will be accepting online applications for the Spring 2009 grant cycle beginning February 1, 2009 through the application deadline of  February 27, 2009.
